How it works
Self-drive hire is booked by enquiry rather than online, so we can talk it through with you first. From there it's four simple steps.
Step 1
Tell us when you'd like to go, for how long and how many are coming, including the ages and rough weights of any children so we can size lifejackets. We confirm the tinny, the launch point and any extras.
Step 2
We hand the tinny over at an agreed launch point, with Waikerie and Berri our preferred spots, so there's no trailer to tow. We check the operator's boat licence, do a condition report with you and run through a safety briefing.
Step 3
Head off with a suggested route and local advice for the day. Stay within the agreed area during daylight, and if you need a hand on the water, call us on 0401 715 910.
Step 4
Return the tinny by the agreed time. We check it over together, and your $500 bond comes back once it passes inspection.

Inclusions
Every tinny goes out fuelled and equipped, and we run through how it all works before you leave.
The required safety equipment and correctly fitting lifejackets are included with every hire. We ask for the age and approximate weight of each person, particularly children, before the hire so suitable lifejackets can be provided.
