Location
Our preferred departure and collection points are the riverfront at Waikerie and Berri, with public parking generally available nearby. The exact meeting point is confirmed with each booking. Departures, delivery and collection from other Riverland towns may be available by prior arrangement — for self-hire equipment, delivery and collection generally costs between $60 and $120 depending on the distance.

Hours & availability
We operate from September through to May and close during June, July and August. All tours and hire remain subject to availability, weather, river conditions and safe access to the launching point.
Tour times
Guided day tours depart at 9.00 am and return at 12 midday, or depart at 1.00 pm and return at 4.00 pm. Sunrise and sunset tours are timed to the light and confirmed with you when booking, as are self-hire times, which run within daylight hours.

Tours and hire run seven days a week by advance booking during the season. A good trip needs a little planning — booking at least 48 hours ahead is recommended.
