Our Departure Points

We depart our tours from both Waikerie and Berri depending on your booking. Click the associated card below to view the departure point closer.

  • We meet at the new riverbank pontoon on the Waikerie riverfront, a couple of minutes off the Sturt Highway. Head down towards the river and follow the foreshore round to the pontoon.

    Parking
    Public parking and public toilets are available near the riverfront. Give yourself enough time to park and walk down - we ask everyone to arrive about 15 minutes before departure.
    Look for
    Look for the tinny tied up at the pontoon. Justin will be waiting at the boat with the lifejackets.

  • We meet on the Berri foreshore directly in front of the Berri Visitor Information Centre, on Riverview Drive below the main street and a short walk from the town centre.

    Parking
    Public parking is available along Riverview Drive and around the Visitor Information Centre. Arrive about 15 minutes before departure so there is no rush getting everyone aboard.
    Look for
    The Visitor Information Centre is the landmark. Head for the river side of it and down onto the foreshore, where the tinny will be waiting.

These are our preferred meeting points, and we use them whenever the weather, water conditions and access allow. If either is unsuitable on the day we will arrange a nearby public launching point instead, so the exact spot is always confirmed with your booking.
