The Murray has been part of our lives for as long as we can remember

Justin grew up in the Riverland, and some of his favourite memories are of boating, fishing, rowing, swimming, skiing and exploring the river with family and friends. Houseboats were his favourite family holidays, and the Murray was never just scenery to him. It was where he spent his time and where many of his family memories were made.

Cathy has her own long connection to the Riverland and knows its towns and communities well.

Murray River Tinny Tours didn't begin as a business plan. It grew out of our love for the Riverland and the Murray.

People come here because of the river, but usually only ever see it from the bank. We wanted to give people the chance to get out on the water, slow down and experience it the way locals do, in a tinny.
